Handleiding: Plugfuse op NexBlue

NexBlue

 

Before you start:

  • The NexBlue charger must be commissioned and registrered in the NexBlue Partner or myNexBlue App.
  • Charger firmware at least version 1.1.2.
  • NexBlue Partner App at least version 3.3.1. myNexBlue App at least version 3.2.0.
  • Please ensure a strong Wi-Fi connection for successful charger configuration.

For Installers:

On APP

  1. Go to the NexBlue Partner App for Installers
  • If you want to install OCPP to a New Location
    • Tap Start configuration or Add new location in the Locations section

  • If you want to install OCPP to an Existing Location
    • Tap Locations
    • Select the Location that OCPP will operate
    • Tap Settings
  1. Tap Operator

  1. Select Customized OCPP platform
  2. Enter the OCPP server URL; ws://ocpp.plug-fuse.com/cpms/websockets and Password can stay empty.
  3. Tap Confirm to jump to the location settings interface which shows the Operator is Customized OCPP platform
  4. Resolve the issues and retry the configuration if any chargers failed (Optional)

On portal

  1. Go to the NexBlue Partner Portal for installers, using the same account as the Partner APP to log in
  2. Navigate to Locations -> All Locations
  3. Select the location you need to set the operator, tap Details
  4. Tap Circuits -> Set operator
  5. Select Customized OCPP platform, tap Save
  6. Enter the OCPP server URL; ws://ocpp.plug-fuse.com/cpms/websockets and Password can stay empty.
  7. Tap Activate the operator. The Operator is shown as Customized OCPP platform
  8. Resolve the issues and retry the configuration if any chargers failed (Optional)

For Users:

  1. Go to the myNexBlue App for Users
  • Tap Locations
  • Select the Location that OCPP operate
  • Tap Settings

  1. Tap Operator

  2. Select Customized OCPP platform
  3. Enter the OCPP server URL; ws://ocpp.plug-fuse.com/cpms/websockets and Password can stay empty.
  4. Tap Confirm to jump to the location settings interface which shows the Operator is Customized OCPP platform
  5. Resolve the issues and retry the configuration if any chargers failed (Optional)

Als je de installateur van de laadpaal bent, ga naar stap 7. Als je de eigenaar van de laadpaal bent, ga naar stap 8.

Stap 7: Voer de volgende stappen uit om het station op het Plugfuse-platform te activeren:

  1. Login op je Installer account of neem contact op met Plugfuse om een Installer account aan te vragen; +31(0)85 076 09 99.
  2. Ga naar “Gebruikers uitnodigen” in het menu aan de linkerkant en voer het OCPP-ID van het station in.
  3. Nodig de gebruiker uit door middel van de voor- en achternaam, het email adres en het OCPP-ID.
  4. Kies het account type.
  5. De laadpaal is nu geactiveerd en klaar om geregistreerd te worden door de eigenaar!

*Een Installer account is alleen voor installateurs en wordt gebruikt als contactpunt voor technische tickets.

Stap 8: Voer de volgende stappen uit om het station op het Plugfuse-platform te registreren:

  1. Vraag je installateur om Stap 7 uit te voeren om de configuratie af te ronden.
  2. Check uw email voor een uitnodigingsmail voor een Plugfuse account.
  3. Volg de stappen om je locatie toe te voegen en jouw laadpaal te registeren.
  4. De laadpaal is nu geregistreerd en klaar om gebruikt te worden!

De laadpaal is nu gekoppeld aan het Plugfuse-platform!
